The recognition spans residential architecture, villa design, property development and marketing. Together, the nine distinctions document the range of responsibility behind the work, from design quality and commercial positioning to completed residential developments in Koh Samui and Bali.

Development: Multiple Units, Thailand
The first award in this record recognised Aqua Samui in the Development, Multiple Units, Thailand category. The same year, Aqua Samui was also named one of Asia’s Best Resort Residences, beginning three consecutive years of recognition.

In 2014, work led through Luxury Living received five awards and professional recognitions across architecture, development, marketing and resort residence categories.
- 5-Star: Best Architecture Multiple Residence, Thailand, for Aqua Samui.
- Highly Commended: Best Development Marketing, Thailand, for Aqua Samui.
- Highly Commended: Aqua Residence, Best Condominium Development, Thailand.
- Recognition: Aqua Samui, Asia’s Best Resort Residence 2014.
- Highly Commended: Best Residential Development, Samui, for Aqua Samui.

Best Residential Development, Samui
Aqua Samui by Luxury Living was named the winner of Best Residential Development in Samui. The award recognised a completed development shaped through architectural direction, site planning, construction decisions and a clear commercial vision.

Best Residential Architectural Design
In the same year, Aqua Samui by Luxury Living also received Highly Commended recognition for Best Residential Architectural Design. Together, the two distinctions acknowledged both the development as a complete product and the architectural quality behind it.
