At Oceana Residence in Koh Samui, the design brief began with an empty rooftop and a clear ambition: transform it into a destination that feels both elevated and inviting. The challenge was to create a space with the relaxed atmosphere of a beach club while preserving the comfort, intimacy, and functionality expected within a residential development. Rather than pushing too far in one direction, the concept was carefully balanced between leisure and everyday living.
