As the most compact typology in the Common Residence project, this 70-square-meter one-bedroom pool villa was designed to offer a luxurious alternative to apartment living. The challenge was to create a home that feels private, complete, and visually generous within a very limited footprint. By carefully balancing interior space with outdoor living, the villa delivers a higher level of comfort and lifestyle than its size would suggest. The final concept is small in scale but strong in identity, offering a refined residential experience with the atmosphere of a private retreat..

The architecture follows a clean modern composition defined by a strong rectilinear frame,. expansive openings, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces. Full-height sliding glass panels bring light deep into the villa and reinforce the relationship between the bedroom, living area, terrace, and pool. Inside, the design combines soft textures, warm indirect lighting, elegant built-in elements, and a restrained palette of white, beige, and natural tones. Outdoor daybeds, integrated seating, lush planting, and simple contemporary furniture complete the atmosphere, creating a villa that feels understated, comfortable, and quietly luxurious.
