Villa Luma is a five-bedroom, 550-square-metre residence designed to capture both sea and mountain views. Layered horizontal volumes, expansive glazing and generous terraces connect the interior to the landscape. Warm timber, pale stone and soft neutral finishes give the open-plan living spaces a calm sense of luxury, while the more dramatic double-height composition of Akos Villa offers a complementary interpretation of contemporary tropical living.
