Casa Oliva is a residential villa project set on approximately 3,000 square meters of land, where nine villas were carefully arranged within a clear and balanced master plan. The design approach focused on creating residences that feel private, open, and generous, with each villa enjoying its own sense of space and a strong connection to the surrounding garden. With a width of approximately twelve meters for each plot composition, the project was planned to give every home a calm residential atmosphere while maintaining clarity and rhythm across the overall development. The result is a collection of villas that feels elegant, cohesive, and thoughtfully composed..
Its design expression is modern and restrained,. with an emphasis on light, greenery, and the fluid connection between interior and exterior space. The garden was treated as an essential part of the living experience, giving each villa a stronger sense of privacy, softness, and tropical calm. Clean forms, large glass openings, and integrated landscape elements work together to create homes that feel bright, welcoming, and naturally connected to their surroundings. The final result is a simple yet highly livable concept, where thoughtful planning and understated luxury come together in a timeless residential setting.
