Casa Oliva is a residential villa project set on approximately 3,000 square meters of land, where nine villas were carefully arranged within a clear and balanced master plan. The design approach focused on creating residences that feel private, open, and generous, with each villa enjoying its own sense of space and a strong connection to the surrounding garden. With a width of approximately twelve meters for each plot composition, the project was planned to give every home a calm residential atmosphere while maintaining clarity and rhythm across the overall development. Its design expression is modern and restrained,. with an emphasis on light, greenery, and the fluid connection between interior and exterior space.
