This project is a residential development of forty-five one-bedroom villas, each offering approximately 120 square meters of built area on plots of around 100 square meters. The concept was shaped around the idea of creating compact private residences that still feel warm, spacious, and experience-driven. Rather than treating the limited plot size as a restriction, the planning focuses on making each villa feel like an intimate retreat, with a strong connection between indoor living and its private outdoor space. The result is a collection of homes designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a distinctive lifestyle within a well-composed residential setting.
The design language was inspired by the Bali style. requested by the client, interpreted through a more refined and contemporary architectural approach. Natural textures, warm wood tones, soft stone surfaces, tropical planting, and layered indoor-outdoor transitions create the relaxed atmosphere associated with modern Balinese living. Large glazing, open terraces, private pools, and carefully framed garden views allow the villas to feel bright and connected to nature, while the interiors remain calm, elegant, and understated. The overall composition balances tropical softness with clean modern lines, creating a residential identity that feels inviting, tranquil, and quietly luxurious.
