Villa Duo

This villa is another typology within the Amino Estate project in Koh Samui, part of a larger development of fifty villas. Set on a generous 360-square-meter plot, the residence was designed as a two-bedroom pool villa with a spacious outdoor layout that enhances the sense of privacy, comfort, and resort-style living. The large pool becomes the central element of the exterior experience, extending toward a sala positioned at its end and creating a natural focal point within the garden. The result is a villa that feels open, balanced, and well suited to relaxed tropical living..

The design follows a clean contemporary language,. defined by strong horizontal rooflines, full-height glazing, and a restrained palette of soft neutral tones. Inside, warm wood finishes, integrated lighting, and carefully composed built-in elements create a calm and refined atmosphere. The furniture is minimal yet comfortable, with soft upholstered seating, a solid timber dining table, and simple modern forms that keep the spaces elegant and uncluttered. Outside, the wide pool terrace, tropical planting, and open sala strengthen the connection between architecture and landscape, giving the villa a modern, relaxed, and quietly luxurious character.
