This project is a unique standalone villa conceived as a five-bedroom residence of approximately 550 square meters, positioned to capture both sea views and mountain views within a single architectural composition. The concept was shaped around openness, scale, and the experience of living between two natural landscapes, allowing the house to feel both expansive and deeply connected to its surroundings. Rather than treating the villa as a conventional large residence, the design was developed as a carefully composed living environment where privacy, outdoor terraces, and shared interior spaces work together in balance. The result is a home with strong presence, generous proportions, and a clear sense of place.
The architecture is defined by bold horizontal lines,. layered volumes, and a contemporary language that combines openness with warmth. Large glazed openings frame the surrounding views and allow the interior to flow naturally toward the terraces, pool, and outdoor lounge areas. Inside, the material palette blends warm timber ceilings and feature walls with pale stone surfaces, soft neutral furnishings, and carefully integrated lighting that gives the spaces a calm and refined atmosphere. Sculptural pendant fixtures, large-scale artwork, generous seating, and clean-lined dining elements reinforce the sense of quiet luxury, while the open-plan arrangement keeps the villa elegant, welcoming, and highly livable.
