Andiano Residence

This project began as the complete renovation of a residential building originally constructed nearly twenty-five years ago. The intention was not simply to update its appearance, but to fundamentally redefine its identity through a more refined architectural language. What had once been arranged as five separate units was carefully reconfigured into three larger residences, allowing for more generous layouts, improved spatial flow, and a stronger sense of contemporary living. By working within the existing structure, the design approach focused on transformation rather than replacement, turning an outdated property into a cohesive luxury development with clarity, elegance, and renewed architectural presence.

The original character of the building reflected a semi-traditional Thai style,. with extensive use of wood and a visual language rooted in an earlier period. The redesign sought to move away from that expression entirely, replacing it with a minimalistic and contemporary aesthetic defined by clean lines, calm materials, and carefully balanced proportions. Every intervention was guided by the goal of creating a modern luxury environment that feels timeless, elevated, and internationally relevant. The final result is a fully reimagined project that retains its structural foundation while presenting itself as a sophisticated residence capable of standing alongside today’s most refined five-star developments.
