This project is a collection of six villas located at approximately 160 meters above sea level, within a highly restricted hillside zone where building limitations become significantly more demanding above the 140-meter threshold. The site allowed only thirty percent land coverage, with each block limited to ninety square meters and a maximum permitted height of six meters. These conditions created a complex architectural challenge, requiring a precise response that could accommodate four-bedroom villas within a tightly controlled framework. The final concept was developed through a carefully layered layout, placing the bedrooms below and distributing the living spaces across three connected zones to create openness, function, and spatial continuity despite the constraints.

The architectural language was shaped to feel contemporary yet deeply rooted in its natural setting.. Clean lines and restrained forms were balanced with natural stone, integrated greenery, and a soft material palette that allows the villas to sit gently within the mountainside. Rather than dominating the landscape, the project was designed to blend with it, preserving a strong connection to the surrounding topography and vegetation. This combination of architectural clarity, natural textures, and thoughtful placement creates residences that feel elegant, grounded, and in harmony with the environment, while offering a calm and refined interpretation of modern hillside living.
