Moonlight Villa is a collection of six residences set approximately 160 metres above sea level on a tightly regulated hillside site. The plan works within a 30% coverage limit while preserving views, privacy and a strong relationship with the landscape. Clean contemporary forms and tropical outdoor living give the development a calm, site-responsive identity. Another solution for hillside villas with sea views in Koh Samui can be seen at Laguna Residence.
