This villa is another typology within the Ameno project, developed on a highly compact plot of only 160 square meters. With just one bedroom and a limited land footprint, the central ambition was to create a home that still feels generous, elegant, and unmistakably luxurious. The challenge was not only to fit the required functions within a small footprint, but to shape a residence that offers openness, privacy, and a strong connection to outdoor living. The concept therefore focused on maximizing every square meter through a clear and efficient layout, allowing the villa to feel calm, spacious, and refined despite its modest scale..

Architecturally, the villa is expressed through a clean single-storey composition. of crisp horizontal lines, full-height glazing, and a restrained minimalist language that emphasizes light, proportion, and openness. The interior and exterior are designed as one continuous experience, with large sliding glass panels dissolving the boundary between the living space, terrace, and pool. A soft neutral palette of white and warm beige tones is paired with natural textures, light timber accents, and subtle black framing that gives the architecture definition without heaviness. The furniture selection reinforces the relaxed luxury of the concept, from low sunbeds and built-in outdoor seating to sculptural indoor sofas, elegant dining chairs, and suspended feature lighting above the table. Integrated linear lighting, concealed shelving, curated artwork, and carefully placed planting add warmth and atmosphere, while the sunken lounge beside the pool introduces an unexpected lifestyle element that makes the villa feel more expansive and experience-driven. The result is a compact residence that feels polished, contemporary, and surprisingly luxurious, with a strong sense of comfort and resort-style living.
