Akos Villa is one of four five-bedroom residences in the Banq Estate collection. A dramatic double-height living space anchors the 550-square-metre home, while expansive glazing opens onto the pool and tropical landscape. Pale stone, warm timber, integrated lighting and sculptural details create a refined interior that feels generous and calm—an architectural language also explored through the layered terraces of Villa Luma.
