Set within a generous landholding of approximately 4,000 to 5,000 square meters, Uncle Villa is conceived as a boutique residential enclave of ten villas immersed in greenery. This particular residence is the smaller of the project’s two villa typologies, offering around 350 square meters of living space within a master plan that combines private luxury with a wider lifestyle experience. Part of the surrounding agricultural land was thoughtfully reimagined as shared amenities, including a natural pool and a gym, giving the development a distinctive resort character. The project’s strength lies in its sense of openness and ease, where architecture, landscape, and amenity planning come together to create an environment that feels both elevated and serene..

Architecturally, the villa expresses a refined contemporary language. through crisp volumes, wide openings, and a strong relationship between interior space and tropical planting. A dramatic six-meter ceiling defines the main living area, creating a sense of lightness and grandeur, while high-level glazing introduces daylight from above and softens the scale of the room with shifting natural light. Inside, the palette is calm and tactile, with pale stone-like surfaces, warm oak tones, textured fabrics, and understated detailing that allow the proportions of the space to speak clearly. The furniture selection follows the same philosophy, with curved sofas, sculptural coffee tables, soft accent chairs, and clean-lined dining pieces arranged to encourage comfort and fluid movement. Decorative lighting is used with restraint but impact, from suspended statement pendants to subtle concealed lighting that highlights niches, shelving, and architectural lines. Altogether, the villa feels polished yet welcoming, with the atmosphere of a contemporary retreat shaped for relaxed, high-end living.
