Banku Villa is a 350-square-metre residence within a boutique ten-villa enclave set in extensive tropical landscape. A six-metre-high living space brings light and drama to the centre of the home, while wide openings connect interiors to the garden. Pale stone, warm oak and sculptural furniture create a refined private retreat. A related expression of double-height tropical villa architecture appears in Akos Villa.
