Seamphony Estate is a 12-home coastal development on a compact 1,100-square-metre site in Plai Laem, Koh Samui. The plan works within strict coverage limits while maintaining privacy, comfort and a clear identity. Minimal forms, tropical materials and durable seaside finishes unite the architecture and landscape. The concept continues through ocean-facing villas in Plai Laem, Koh Samui, where every main living space turns toward the sea.
