Seamphony Estate

Seamphony is a compact coastal development located in Plai Laem, Koh Samui, in one of the island’s most exclusive residential settings, often regarded as the Beverly Hills of Samui. Its name reflects the essence of the concept itself, combining the idea of the sea with the rhythm and harmony of a symphony. The project presented a significant architectural challenge: a land plot of only 1,100 square meters within a red-zone area, where buildable coverage was restricted to fifty percent. Within these limitations, the design successfully accommodated twelve residential units of approximately ninety square meters each, while preserving clarity, comfort, and a strong visual identity.

The architectural language was developed as a balance of minimalism, modern luxury, and soft tropical character, creating a residential concept that feels both contemporary and naturally connected to its surroundings. Due to the project’s close relationship with the sea, material selection was approached with great care, focusing on durability, resilience, and suitability for a humid coastal environment. Our role extended far beyond architecture alone, covering the full creative direction of the project, including naming, branding, concept development, architecture, interior design, and exterior design. The result is a cohesive and distinctive development with a strong identity, elevated character, and lasting visual appeal.
