Laguna Residence is an eight-villa development in Plai Laem, Koh Samui, shaped by a challenging 12-metre level change. A staggered plan and rooftop pools give every home a meaningful sea view without sacrificing privacy. Contemporary geometry, warm materials and resort-style outdoor living create a distinctive tropical identity. A related response to the same coastline appears in the oceanfront villa design in Plai Laem developed for Seamphony Phase 2.
