Set within a residential estate of more than fifty villas, this project presented a particularly demanding spatial challenge. With a land area of only 160 square meters, the design had to accommodate two comfortable bedrooms while still preserving the sense of openness, outdoor living, and private poolside atmosphere associated with a luxury residence. The plot was exceptionally compact, which meant that the planning needed to be highly disciplined while still delivering a home that feels inviting rather than constrained. The concept was therefore developed to maximize perceived space, allowing the villa to feel larger, lighter, and more generous than the actual footprint would suggest..
A key architectural move was the introduction of a mezzanine-level second bedroom,. which allowed the main living area to benefit from a dramatic double-height volume. This gesture gives the villa a strong spatial identity and brings lightness and elegance to the interior. The design language is clean and contemporary, with expansive glazing, open sightlines, and a fluid transition toward the terrace and pool. Inside, warm timber wall panels, soft stone textures, suspended statement lighting, and a calm neutral palette create a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. Together, these elements shape a residence that transforms a very small plot into a home with presence, comfort, and understated luxury.
